Will I be required to pay anything upfront?

That depends on your insurance plan(s), deductible requirements and benefit details.  If you have a patient portion we require 50% down before ordering or fabrication of the device.  The balance is paid the day of delivery.



How long will it take to get things settled with the insurance company?

We will work to get precertification or authorization before we move forward with ordering or fabrication.  We typically have insurance payment within 30 of delivery.  If there is an outstanding balance you will be billed at that time.



Why am I getting bill after delivery?

Sometimes insurance pay more or less then the billed rate.  If the rate is different at the time of payment, you will receive a bill for the balance.
